relax SVN archive

Several fixes to pipe_control.nmrglue functions.

This is mainly the change from spectrum_id to nmrglue_id, and how data is stored.

Removing the Nmrglue_data() class object type.

relax cannot handle storing class object types.

Documentation fix in the manual for the scaling values of parameters in the minimisation.

The scaling helps the minimisers to make the same step size for all parameters when moving in the chi2 space.
