This is for the page http://www.nmr-relax.com/communication.html, and it allows the page to pass the
W3C validator (http://validator.w3.org/).

Updated the minimal wxPython dependency to 2.9.

For certain builds of the old wxPython 2.8 version, the relax GUI crashes hard on all wizards with
an "Illegal instruction" message. Therefore the number has been increased for safety and to avoid
the possibility that users would report the wxPython bug as a relax bug.

Matplotlib is no longer listed at http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html#Mac_OS_X.

It was removed from the DMG file as it is not compatible with universal binaries and it causes
Python to die a horrible death!
