relax SVN archive

Updated the http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html webpage for relax 3.3.4.

Added the pipe_control.io module.

This is for storing the return of different io operations.

This could be accessing a file list in a directory, and be used to call a list of peak files, and its associated ID.

Backported the relax 3.3.4 CHANGES file changes to trunk.

The command used was:
svn merge -r26923:26924 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/tags/3.3.4 .

Updated the CHANGES file for relax 3.3.4.

Added the relax 3.3.4 manual to the repository.

Updated the version number to relax 3.3.4.

relax version 3.3.4.

This is a major feature and bugfix release, finally adding support for the saturation recovery and
inversion recovery R1 experiment, and including a bug fix for storing multi-dimensional numpy data
structures as IEEE 754 byte arrays in the XML output of the relax state and results files.
