Added functionality to lib/io to extract a list of file basenames and a list of fileroot matching a pathname pattern.

This can be useful when loading many spectra and assigning spectrum IDs.

Expanded the histogram plotting to add initial gauss distribution.

This shows that the gauss distribution should be fitted, instead of just calculating the gauss distribution from the Full width at half maximum (FWHM).

Removal of an unused import in the relax_fit_zooming_grid.py system test script.

Created the Frame_order.test_simulate_pseudo_ellipse_z_axis system test.

This is to check the frame_order.simulate user function for the pseudo-ellipse model along the
z-axis.

Added initial function in nmrglue module to plot a histogram of the spectrum data.
