For the user function, spin.display(), added the print out of spin id, and status for selection.

This is to help with showing the spin id string for selection, and the current status of selection.

Added a script and log file for comparing relax user function differences between versions.

Added listings of all user functions from relax version 2.0.0 all the way to relax 3.3.0.

This will be used to look at how the user function names have changed with time.

Converted all of the new item links on the relax download page to links to the wiki release notes.

This is for http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html. The wiki release notes are of much higher
quality than the news items, as they are not truncated and they have a much higher quality
formatting and linking.

Stored a frequency dependent dictionary with spectrum ids and reÃpeatead PMG frequencies in setup pipe.

This information will progress out through children pipes.
