Editing of the CHANGES file for the R1_fitting branch messages.

This includes many spelling and typo fixes, addition of missing full stops, and punctuation fixes.

Added the R1_fitting branch formatted commit messages to the CHANGES document.

Large editing of the CHANGES file for the disp_spin_speed branch messages.

This includes deletion of insignificant or inconsequential changes, removal of all of the
timing text, many spelling and typo fixes, capitalisation corrections, addition of missing full
stops, removal of double spaces inside sentences, deletion of reverted commit messages, fixed
dispersion model names, etc.

Some messages cannot be fixed without input from the original author (Troels) or they were too
short to be understandable and to know what the change was or what functionality was affected.

Ported the CHANGES file changes from trunk to the 3.3.0 tag.

The command used was:
svn merge -r25577:25578 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/trunk .

Removed all of the index.php text from the tracker URLs in the CHANGES document.

Adde png images for after fix of bug.

bug #22554(https://gna.org/bugs/index.php?22554): The distribution of intensity with errors in Monte-Carlo simulations are markedly more narrow than expected.

Added the disp_spin_speed branch commit messages to the CHANGES file.

This still requires a lot of editing and checking.

Added the relax 3.3.0 manual to the repository.

Updated the version number for relax 3.3.0.
