Fix to bug #5806.

To remove the bug, tests for the presence of relaxation data have been added to the
model_statistics() functions. This may cause future bugs!

Added a test (AIC model selection between diffusion tensors) to the relax test-suite.

This test triggers the problem reported by Chris MacRaild at
https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2006-04/msg00020.html. The test has been added to aid in
the removal of bug #5746 located at https://gna.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=5746.

Fix to bug #6383.

The global flag is now set to the default of 0 for residue specific data on initialisation. Also,
the delete function now explicitly sets the global flag.

Fix to bug #6288.

The fix was to catch the value of None and hence not preform the 'float()' operation on it.

Spell check of the development chapter of the relax manual.

Creation of the 1.3 developmental branch for the MPI and any other destabilising changes.

A number of improvements to the manual.

The relaxation curve-fitting chapter now has a mini-title to improve the header.

The file 'relax.bst' has been added. This is a bibliography style file which has been modified from
the `apalike' file. This significantly improves the bibliography layout.

The 'Values, gradients, and Hessians' chapter has been expanded. A section describing the four
parameter combinations has been added. Another section describing the construction of the value,
gradient, and Hessian has been added as well. This section contains the Hessian kite diagram and
the gradient construction diagram. A number of other fixes have been made to the chapter.

The bibtex bibliography file has been significantly expanded for future referencing.

Added a forth round of LaTeX compilation to improve the referencing.
