Added a residue with no data to the S2 = 0.970, te = 2048, Rex = 0.149 relaxation data.

Fixed the alignment of the test suite summary.

Removed the '*.out' clean target from the Sconstruct script to avoid deleting test data.

The test suite now terminates on a failed test if the flag '--debug' is passed to relax.

Modified the summary description of each test.

The start of each is capitalised and a couple have been modified.

Removed the text 'Test of ' from the front of each test in the summary of the test suite.

Added a test of the user function 'relax_data.read()' to the test suite.

Added the ability to execute Molmol macros on the prompt and pipe them into the program.

Fixed the X11 colour list by removing duplicates.

The Molmol and X11 colour lists can now be explicitly chosen by the 'molmol.write()' user function.
