Removed the spaces in front of the \index{} commands from the manual LaTeX source files.

These spaces were causing formatting problems in the compiled manual. This included spaces between
the last word of a sentence and the full stop.

Added the committers file.

Fixed a number of tests in the test suite which were pointing to the wrong directory.

Renamed the main test suite file and changed its class name.

Shifted the test suite from the directory 'testing' to 'test_suite'.

Set notation fix: Changed the square and round brackets to curly brackets and replaced ':' with '='.

Fixed a bug in the model-free sample script in the spheroid diffusion tensor function.

Fixed some grammer in the intro chapter of the manual (fixed vice versa).

Creation of a framework for a relax test suite to check for regressions and new bugs.

A number of initial tests have also been added.

Rolling back the bug fix to #5501 committed in r2389 which is causing breakages throughout the
program.
