Updated the Gentoo section of the http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html#GNU_Linux webpage.

This implements suggestions from Justin Lecher in the thread starting at
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.science.nmr.relax.devel/6074.

Added a very basic subsection to http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html for Gentoo Linux.

This simply points to the relax Gentoo page http://gentoo.linuxhowtos.org/portage/sci-chemistry/relax.

Updated the Python 2.7 download links at http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html for version 2.7.7.

Updated the readline links for MS Windows on the http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html webpage.

The old iPython links are now dead, so instead the link https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyreadline
should point users to a reasonable location for setting up readline on their systems.

Changed the Python readline link for MS Windows in the installation chapter of the manual.

This now points to https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyreadline as the iPython link is broken.

Fix for the wxPython link in the installation chapter of the manual.

This was pointing to the scipy website for some reason.

Removed all SciPy references in the installation chapter of the manual.

This is because SciPy is no longer used in the frame order analysis, hence it is not used for any
part of relax.

Eliminated the free rotor psuedo-ellipse model ave_pos_alpha parameter from the target function.

The average domain position alpha Euler angle has already been removed from the specific analyses
code and this change brings the target function into line with these changes.

Eliminated the average position alpha Euler angle parameter from the free-rotor pseudo-ellipse model.

As this frame order model is a free-rotor, the average domain position is therefore undefined and it
can freely rotate about the rotor axis. One of the Euler angles for rotating to the average
position can therefore be removed, just as in the free rotor and free rotor isotropic cone models.
