relax SVN archive

Added some more dead links to the .setup_redirects.py script.

The script has been executed and the auto-generated files added to the repository. This should fix
most of the dead links found in the relax mailing list archives.

Created a script for finding all dead http://www.nmr-relax.com links in files of a directory tree.

Fix for the fdl.html link in the footer of all http://www.nmr-relax.com pages.

The URL is now absolute and includes http://www.nmr-relax.com. Otherwise for pages located in
subdirectories such as http://www.nmr-relax.com/analyses/relaxation_dispersion.html and
http://www.nmr-relax.com/api/index.html will include the subdirectory in the link.

Fixes for the main section links at http://www.nmr-relax.com/analyses/relaxation_dispersion.html.

Created a Python script for automatically creating all meta refresh redirect HTML pages.

This currently creates two HTML pages which refresh to their intended current page. One of these,
api/fdl.html, has been added to the repository.

Attempt at a meta refresh redirect for an old relax webpage (the other redirect methods are blocked).

The http://www.nmr-relax.com/manual/d_Auvergne_protocol_GUI_mode_relaxation_interaction.html URL is
linked from about 6 places on the web, so now it is redirecting to the correct URL of
http://www.nmr-relax.com/manual/d_Auvergne_protocol_GUI_mode_relaxation_interactions.html.

Reverted r23174 as .htaccess files are not supported at Gna!

The command used was:
svn merge -r23174:r23173 .

Attempt at creating a .htaccess file to allow server-side redirects.

Created the new pymol.frame_order user function.

This user function pairs with the frame_order.pdb_model user function, taking the three PDB files
created and displaying them nicely. Neither user function is complete, however the rotor
representation of certain frame order models is handled correctly.

Fix for bug #22039, the printing out of Dpar twice by the diffusion_tensor.display user function.

The solution is given in the original bug report.
