Fix for systemtest Relax_disp.test_hansen_cpmgfit_input.
Bug #21989:, (https://gna.org/bugs/index.php?21989) - relax_disp.cpmgfit_input does not work for model CR72.
The looping was performed over the filelines instead of the defined fixed lines. The output files is truncated, and does not contain the wished data.
