Improvements to the Dasha script.

Created a diffusion tensor function for returning Dx, Dy, and Dz.

Better support for the diffusion tensor, although it may still be buggy.

Bug fix.

The OpenDX mapping function is still failing. Therefore the fixing of the diffusion tensor has been
shifted to the OpenDX file 'dx/isosurface_3D.py'.

Bug fix.

The OpenDX mapping function was failing when the diffusion tensor is not fixed. The model-free
function now fixes and then unfixes the diffusion tensor in the 'calculate' function. This kludge
may cause bugs in the future.

Bug fixes.

The proton gyromagnetic ratio has been changed to the higher precision number.

Two functions were improperly referenced. These involve the optimisation of the CSA or bond length
values.

Modified the grid search upper and lower bounds for the parameter tm.

Bug fix.

The SVN status was not being properly printed out from the packaging script.

Updated the manual.

relax version 1.0.7.

This release corresponds to solely cosmetic changes. An internal version number is now used within
relax. This replaced the previous 1.0.7 version which was copied a bit to early.
