Started to rewrite the OpenDX mapping function to be more flexible.

Added the map_bounds and map_labels functions for the diffusion tensor and modified the model-free
map_bounds function.

Many copyright notices were updated and the start of the advanced mapping function.

To implement the advanced space mapping function, the function 'return_data_name' was added to the
diffusion tensor generic file.

Modified the threading docstring to describe changes need in the /etc/ssh/sshd_config file.

Slight formatting change.

This is a bugfix release. Two bugs affecting specific calculations of the spectral density gradient
and Hessian have been removed. One occurs in the Hessian when optimising the spherical diffusion
parameters simultanously with the parameters S2f, tf, S2, and ts. The other affects the gradient
when optimising the parameters S2f, S2s, and ts.

Bug fix.

The wrong function was being assigned to the Hessian element 'data.calc_d2jw[0][data.s2f_li]' for
the optimisation of the spherical diffusion parameters together with the parameters S2f, tf, S2, and
ts. The function used was
'calc_diff_S2f_S2_ts_d2jw_dDjdS2f',
whereas it should have been,
'calc_diff_S2f_tf_S2_ts_d2jw_dDjdS2f'.

A few more formatting changes.

A few fixes to the formatting.

Finished changing the index naming.

The indecies 'data.xx_index' and 'data.xx_local_index' have been replaced with 'data.xx_i' and
'data.xx_li' respectively.
