Finished changing the naming of the diffusion tensor.

This time all references to isotropic, axially symmetric, and anisotropic diffusion have been
changed to sphere, spheroid, and ellipsoid respectively.

Bug fix:

Added a missing bracket.

Updated the weights to use the new diffusion tensor parameter sets.

Changed a few more isotropic diffusion references to sphere.

Updated the correlation times and changed the naming of the diffusion tensor.

The correlation time values, gradients, and Hessians of the rotational Brownian diffusion have been
modified using the equations

Diso = 1/3 (Dx + Dy + Dz),
Da = Dz - 1/2(Dx + Dy),
Dr = Dy - Dx / 2Da.

All references to isotropic, axially symmetric, and anisotropic diffusion have been changed to
sphere, spheroid, and ellipsoid respectively.

Changed the initial date from 2003, the date of the copyright notices, to the true date of 2001.

Changed the dates from '2003, 2004, 2005' to '2003-2005'.

Started to modify the spectral density function weights.

Reverted the changes to the diffusion tensor code back to the version in r2175.
