Changed the current data pipe in the relax saved states for Flemming Hansen's truncated CPMG data.

Updated the truncated CPMG data set from Flemming Hansen to include residue :4.

This is deselected in the test suite, but allows the comparison in the shared_data directory to use
all four spins (:4, :70, :71).

Fix for the dispersion base_data_loop() method for deselected spins.

A recent change broke this function when spins were deselected.

Updated the synthetic 'TP02' model data for the change of commit r21531.

Removed a debugging printout.

The R2eff data key has been changed in the dispersion analysis.

The experiment type has been added to the key so that R2eff data is not mixed up when data from
multiple experiments is present.

Added many new relax results for the CPMG data form Korzhnev et al., 2005.

Many more fixes for the MMQ-type dispersion models for the proton spin data.

The 'MMQ 2-site' dispersion model can now be optimised if no heteronuclear R2eff data is loaded.

The dispersion specific overfit_deselect() method now handles the MMQ-type models better.
