relax SVN archive

The dispersion optimisation code now checks for the relaxation time period being set for certain models.

This is for the models which require the number of CPMG blocks, calculated via the relaxation time
and nu_CPMG.

Created the MODEL_LIST_CPMG_NUM dispersion list variable.

This is for defining in one place the list of models which require the number of CPMG blocks.

Added some polish to the relax_disp.exp_type user function frontend.

Loosened a check for the test_hansen_cpmg_data_to_ns_cpmg_2site_star system test for MS Windows.

Loosened a check for the Relax_disp.test_hansen_cpmg_data_to_ns_cpmg_2site_star system test for Mac OS X.

Temporary change to allow the Relax_disp.test_sprangers_data_to_mmq_2site system test to pass.

This must be reverted later!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loosened the checks for a number of Relax_disp system tests to allow them to pass on 32-bit Linux.

Another fix for the Relax_disp.test_hansen_cpmg_data_auto_analysis_numeric system test.

The selected model is no longer checked for residue 71.

Fix for the Relax_disp.test_hansen_cpmg_data_auto_analysis_numeric system test for 32-bit Linux.

The 'NS CPMG 2-site expanded' model checks have been turned off again for residue 71 as these
results are far to variable.

Fix for a fatal bug in the rarely used structure.add_atom user function.

The position argument in the user function definitions was incorrectly defined causing the user
function to be non-functional.
