Fixes for all of the system tests using Flemming Hansen's CPMG data subset.

The errors are now different and the new residue 4 has to be deselected and ignored.

A number of improvements have been added to NESSY including being able top optimise residues with
missing data sets. A number of bugs have also been eliminated.

Updated the relax results for Flemming Hansen's CPMG data for the recent changes.

Updated the README file explaining how to convert the CPMGFit parameters to those of other software.

Updated the CPMGFit results for Flemming Hansen's CPMG data truncated to 3 spins.

Added residue 4 to the truncated data for another test system.
