Example shell commands beginning with '$' are now placed in the example environment.

Quotes now have their own environment and the examples have been fixed.

All quote in the docstring are now placed on there own line and are inside the environment
\quoteenv{}. The only exeption are the quotes in the example environment.

Every second example, starting with 'relax>' was being skipped and three line examples were failing.
This has now been fixed.

The text 1st, 2nd, etc are now printed as 1$^\mathrm{st}$, etc.

Full formatting of parameter names and maths symbols.

Much more advanced formatting of the user function description in the manual.

The sections within the docstring (underlined by ~) are turned into subsubsections.
The text is now all standard typesetting rather than verbatim.
The keywords are now typeset into sans serif font and the description placed on a single line.

A LaTeX pipeline function has been created to apply the LaTeX formatting functions in sequence.
A LaTeX maths formatting function has been created.
A LaTeX special character function has been created which:
Prefixes a '\' character infront of the characters "\\#$%&_{}".
Prefixes a '\', and postfixes '{}' around characters "^~".
A function has been created, but not yet complete, for formatting LaTeX tabular environments.

Lots of updates and fixes to the manual.

A title page has been created.
There is now a table of contents.
The chapter names have changed.
The 'Alphabetical listing of user functions' chapter has had a few intro sections added including:
'The help system' section - a copy of the help message.
'The list of functions' section - a description of the function documentation layout.

The automatic docstring to LaTeX formatting script has been updated.
The listing is now alphabetical.
The function subsections are now divided into three:
'Synopsis' subsubsection - the first line of the docstring.
'Default argument' subsubsection.
'Docstring' subsubsection - a verbatim printout of the docstring.
All quotes are now translated into the `LaTeX' format.
All non-verbatim underscores are now properly translated into LaTeX format '\_'.

A few modifications to the docstring section of the manual.

The first line of the docstring is printed as normal text.
The first 8 spaces have been stripped from the docstring lines.

Started creating the scripts to automatically add the docstrings to the program manual.
