relax SVN archive

Added the model_type spin variable to the dispersion analysis specific PARAMS data object.

The model type is now being written to file for the final run of the dispersion auto-analysis.

Created the is_int() and is_num() functions for the lib.check_types module.

Decreased the number of models presented to the user in the dispersion sample scripts.

The dispersion sample scripts now have the NUMERIC_ONLY boolean variable defined.

Fix for the optimised parameter printout - the parameters are now scaled.

This problem was only recently introduced.

Converted the 'IT99' dispersion model parameters to pA and dw.

This is thanks to feedback from Nikolai Skrynnikov. I have no idea why the phi_ex and pA.dw^2
parameters were being used in the first place. The model results after the change are identical.

Changed the definition of tex thanks to feedback from Nikolai Skrynnikov.

This was previously defined as tex = 1/(2kex) to be compatible with CPMGFit, but has now been
changed to tex = 1/kex.

The specific_analyses.relax_disp.parameters.loop_parameters() function can now run on a slave.

This is to fix a problem with r21250.
