Started creating the scripts to automatically add the docstrings to the program manual.

Initialisation of the LaTeX generated program manual.

Bug fix:

The specific model-free results reading function was setting the number of Monte Carlo simulations
to None.

Bug fix:

Fixed the specific model-free results reading function to set the simulation selection flag.

Implemented the elimination of failed Monte Carlo simulations.

Bug fix:

Removal of a bug introduced in the last commit. The bug is in the results writing function and
was because the model-free parameter simulation data structure was being tested for the value 'None'
rather than the elements of the data structure.

Bug fixes:

Removed a bug from 'generic_fns/value.py' whereby 'self.general' was being called rather than
'self.relax.general'.

Removed a bug from 'specific_fns/model_free.py' whereby the results writing function was trying to
scale order parameter values of None.

Bug fix:

Changed the 'elsif' statement on line 335 to an 'if' statement to begin the elsif block.

Updated the specific function files 'jw_mapping.py', 'relax_fit.py', and 'noe.py' for Grace
plotting.

The functions 'return_conversion_factor', 'return_grace_string', and 'return_units' have all been
added to make these classes work with the Grace plotting function.
