relax SVN archive

This time properly created the 'MQ NS CPMG 2-site' model target function.

This follows the tutorial for adding relaxation dispersion models at:

Reverted r21065 as too much was committed.

The command used was:
svn merge -r21065:21064 .

Created the 'MQ NS CPMG 2-site' model target function.

Updated the Relax_disp.test_sprangers_cpmg_data_auto_analysis system test for 'MQ CPMG' data.

This also affects the script in the shared_data test suite directory. The relax_disp.exp_type user
function exp_type argument has been changed from 'CPMG' to 'MQ CPMG'.

Added support for the MQ dispersion data types to the rest of relax.

This is needed for the 'MQ NS CPMG 2-site' model, and the changes affect the dispersion data checks
and the dispersion target functions.
