Updated the README file for Dr. Flemming Hansen's CPMG data in the test suite.

Fixes for the clustering display in the GUI.

This is for the relaxation dispersion GUI analysis tab.

Fix for the final data pipe in the dispersion auto-analysis.

The final data pipe is now placed in the data pipe bundle. This is
needed to allow the final state file to be opened in the GUI with an
associated GUI analysis tab.

Renamed an instance of 'numerical simulation' in the dispersion chapter of the manual.
