These are now stored with the units of ppm^2 and ppm respectively. The conversion to (rad/s)^2 and
rad/s units respectively now is spin specific, allowing mixed spin types (1H, 13C, 15N, etc.) to be

Added the results for the CR72 model optimisation in CPMGFit using Flemming Hansen's truncated CPMG data.

Added support for the 'CR72' or 'Full_CPMG' model to the relax_disp.cpmgfit_input user function.

Fixes for the dispersion linear_constraints() function.

The indices were being incorrectly handled - the i and k index should be one and the same parameter
index.

Simplified the pA >= pB constraint in the dispersion linear_constraints() function.
