Improvements for the phi_ex and dw relaxation dispersion model parameters.

These are now stored with the units of ppm^2 and ppm respectively. The conversion to (rad/s)^2 and
rad/s units respectively now is spin specific, allowing mixed spin types (1H, 13C, 15N, etc.) to be
analysed simultaneously.
