Updated the LM63 model comparison table.

Converted the readme file for Flemming Hansen's CPMG data directory to uppercase.

Added the ShereKhan results for the high-precision R2eff data for Hansen's CPMG data.

Redesign of the relax_disp.sherekhan_input user function to handle spin clustering.

Shifted the core of the model_loop() dispersion method into its own function.

The new function specific_analyses.relax_disp.disp_data.loop_cluster() can now be used by other
parts of relax. The model_loop() method now yields the data that loop_cluster() yields.

Added a wizard graphic for the relax_disp.sherekhan_input user function.

Created the relax_disp.sherekhan_input user function.

This includes an icon for the GUI, and the full front and backends.
