relax SVN archive

Expanded the relax_fit system test script to produce all types of currently supported Grace graphs.

This is to more extensively test the grace.write user function.

Fix for the relax_times and intensities parameter definitions for specific_analyses.relax_fit.

These are dictionaries, not lists.

Added the svn executable property to http://www.nmr-relax.com/api/index.html to enable SSI.

This add the minimise package (which is now minfx at https://gna.org/projects/minfx/) and added the
Google analytics javascript code to the top of all HTML files.
