relax SVN archive

Manually created the relax_disp user functions.

This is equivalent to Seb's commit at r8322 for the prompt.relax_disp module. The equivalent
changes to the user_functions.relax_disp were hand edited.

Added functions to select the experiment type and mathematical model used.

These functions allow the user to select the experiment type (cpmg or r1rho) as well as the
mathematical model to fit the data (fast or slow).

These changes follow a discussion on relaxation dispersion, and mainly the post at:

Created the user_functions.relax_disp module by copying user_functions.relax_fit.

This is equivalent to r8321 of the old relax_disp branch which copied the prompt.relax_fit module.

Copied 'prompt/relax_fit.py' to 'prompt/relax_disp.py'.

The command used was:

Initialized merge tracking via "svnmerge" with revisions "1-19166" from
svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/trunk

Recreation of the relax_disp branch from the latest trunk code.

This branch will be a recreation of the old relax_disp branch which is no longer visible in the head
revision. Each commit of the old branch will be manually ported with commands such as:

svn merge -r8242:8243 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/branches/relax_disp .

The old branch will remain permanently in the repository, but will not be visible at head revision.

Deletion of the relax_disp branch.

This branch will be recreated as a copy of the latest trunk, and the useful commits from the old
relax_disp branch manually ported with commands such as:

svn merge -r8242:8243 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/branches/relax_disp .

The old code will remain permanently in the repository, but will not be visible at head revision.

svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/branches/relax_disp@r16824

Deleted the completely unused pipe_control.spectrum.Bruker_import class.

This was added by Michael Bieri at r11637 in Oct 2011, but the code has never been used. Other,
simpler code has replaced its functionality.
