relax SVN archive

Added prespace and postspace arguments to the *section() and *title() fns of lib.text.sectioning.

Through these arguments, the amount of spacing above and below the section text can be controlled.

Created sectioning printouts for the visualisation part of the frame order auto-analysis.

Reverted r18916 as this was committed with the wrong commit message!
