relax SVN archive

The relax intro text now includes the repository URL for checked out code.

This is for preserving better debugging and logging information, so that it is clear where the code
comes from.

Merged the relax version 2.2.2 CHANGES file back to trunk.

Removed the dead cia.vc links from http://www.nmr-relax.com/links.html.

The http://archive.is/www.nmr-relax.com section is now in the top menu.

Added the http://archive.is/www.nmr-relax.com webpage archives to http://www.nmr-relax.com/links.html.

Removed the relax 2.1.0 and 2.2.0 distribution archives from the Gna! download infrastructure.

Updated the forum links for the 2.2.2 relax release.

The new item is located at https://gna.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=2377.

Fix for the http://www.nmr-relax.com/features.html webpage - an unescaped ampersand was used.

This was found by the w3c validator via:

Removed a pile of dead pages from the API documentation http://www.nmr-relax.com/api.

Updated the API documentation at http://www.nmr-relax.com/api/ for relax version 2.2.2.

Added a missing </div> ending tag to the http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html webpage.
