The pipe.display user function now uses relax_io.write_data() for better output formatting.

Small docstring edit.

Removed the unused parameter from the pcs_pivot_motion_full_qrint() call.

Created files containing subsets of the PCS data for the pseudo-ellipse test model.

The Ri_prime matrices are now pre-calculated prior to the function calls.

After profiling, this change has a minimal, barely noticeable impact.

Shifted to using maths_fns.rotation_matrix.tilt_torsion_to_R() in for pcs_pivot_motion_full_qrint().

This is a code simplification as the rotation matrix calculation code already exists in
tilt_torsion_to_R(), and this removes a potential source of bugs.

The Ri_prime data structure now has one element per integration point and is subdivided between slaves.

This is in preparation for shifting some frame order operations from the target function to the
initialisation.
