Created a special webpage for the links to the missing relax distribution files and signatures.
The links for the old distribution archives at http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html#All_releases
have been redirected to the new page at http://www.nmr-relax.com/download_request.html. This tells
the user to send a message to the mailing lists to get the old files.
