Removed some unused imports.

Shifted the GUI user function page _format_table() and _table_line() methods into the misc module.

These are now the gui.misc.format_table() and gui.misc.table_line() functions. This allows the code
to be used in other parts of the GUI.

Decreased the size of all the GUI auto-analysis wizards to fit in a 1024x768 screen.

Created a small molecule wizard graphic for the structure.read_xyz user function.

Refinement of all of the GUI user function wizard sizes.

The changes in this branch have significantly changed the description layouts. Therefore all the
sizes were checked and reoptimised. The sizes were optimised so that they are visible within a
1024x768 computer screen. And the description heights together with wizard heights were optimised
to remove as much scrolling in the description as possible.

In the process, a few of the frame order prompt example descriptions were fixed.

The default GUI user function description minimum height has been increased to 300.

The algorithm makes this shorter if the description is shorter anyway! This removes a lot of
scrolled descriptions automatically.
