The relax_fit and noe auto-analyses now centre around the pipe bundle rather than data pipe name.

These now have the pipe_bundle argument.

Fix for the model-free about dialog - the fonts for the different titles can now be set.

The new font.roman_font_18 has been added, and the about dialog draw_title() method now takes the
alt_font arg for specifying an alternative font.

Fix for the model-free part of the relax controller.

This was broken by the change from the pipe name to pipe bundle for identifying the analysis. The
controller analysis_key() method was returning the pipe name rather than bundle name, causing the
matching to the status.auto_analysis object to fail. Hence the controller was not updating!

The about dialog now used the gui.fonts module.

This allows the fonts to scale to a decent size on Mac OS X, so that the text is readable.

Added a set of roman fonts to the gui.fonts module - this will be used by the about dialogs.

Font size improvements for Mac OS X.

The fonts are now roughly the same size as on GNU/Linux and MS Windows. An operating system
specific font scaling is now used, with the Mac OS X fonts each being increased by 2 pixels.

More fixes for the dauverge_protocol auto-analysis for the internal pipe name changes.

Mac OS X fix for the font formatting of the user function description.

Lists and itemised lists were not having the font property set, so these were looking very strange
and too large on Mac OS X. Now all text elements in the user function descriptions.

Bug fix for the model-free specific analysis duplicate_data() method.

The cdp.exp_info should be skipped. This was not picked up before as this structure is normally
non-existent during the analysis.

The dauvergne_protocol auto-analysis now adds the pipe bundle name to all created pipes as a suffix.

This is to uniquely identify the data pipes, and to allow more than one model-free analysis to be
executed per relax instance (useful for the GUI).
