Fix for the arg_check.is_float_matrix() function for rank-1 arrays.

The function failed on lists of Python values, for example a list of bools. An additional check has
been added to make sure that the list elements are also lists.

Fix for the Mf.test_mf_auto_analysis() GUI test - the spin.nucleus structure has been deleted.

Deleted the NOE data_names() specific analysis method.

This should operate through the base methods now.

Fix for the model-free default_value() specific API method.

The self.SPIN_PARAMS structure has been renamed and merged to self.PARAMS!

Fix for the Dasha.test_dasha() system test check for the spin.nucleus object - it doesn't exist!

Spelling fix - converted the noun 'print out' to 'printout'.

Fixes for the frame order specific code for the changes to the parameter list object.

The get_param_names() method had to be changed as the base API data_names() method now returns all
parameters of all models.

Fixes for the frame order MC sim methods for the changes to the specific API param list objects.

The methods sim_init_values() and sim_return_param() were modified to skip non-existent parameters.

Added minimisation parameters to the N-state model specific analysis parameter list.

Fixes and improvements to the relaxation curve-fitting specific analysis param list object.

The data_init() method has also been modified to only pull out the model parameters.
