Fixes for the frame order MC sim methods for the changes to the specific API param list objects.

The methods sim_init_values() and sim_return_param() were modified to skip non-existent parameters.

Added minimisation parameters to the N-state model specific analysis parameter list.

Fixes and improvements to the relaxation curve-fitting specific analysis param list object.

The data_init() method has also been modified to only pull out the model parameters.

Another system test fix for the now eliminated spin.nucleus data structure.

Fix for the grace.write user function backend for the changes in the specific API param lists.

The specific API return_conversion_factor() method will now raise a RelaxError if the missing 'spin'
object is asked for whereas previously this would return 1.0 for all unknowns. This changes handles
the new behaviour.

Fix for the Mf.test_read_results_1_2 system test - the spin.nucleus structure no longer exists.

This data structure has been eliminated as it is an ancient remnant which is no longer used anywhere
within relax.

Updated the OMP model-free results file in the test suite shared data for the recent changes.

The ordering of model-free parameters is slightly different now.

The 'select' global param can have a corresponding MC simulation structure.

The specific API data_names() method now accepts the 'scope' argument.

This is used to differentiate global verses spin parameters.

Lots of improvements for the specification of the model-free global and spin parameters.
