Renamed the status.prompt_intro flag to status.uf_intro.

This is because the flag will be used in all UIs.

Mac OS X bug fixes for the GUI ComboBox input elements.

The ComboBox.GetClientData() method on Mac OS X fails if the ComboBox.GetSelection() method returns
-1 (or wx.NOT_FOUND).

This user function has been redesigned and only accepts keyword args now.

The grid_search user function inc arg cannot be None!

This argument can now be any value or list of values!

Fixes for all the calls to the spin.create user function in the unit tests.

The argument order has been changed, so now these are called only with keyword arguments.
