The Spectral_error_type_page class now inherits from Wiz_page as UF_page has been eliminated.

Import clean up, including the now eliminated uf_pages package.

Eliminated the gui.uf_pages package.

This removes a lot of code and many modules! This has all been rendered useless by the
auto-generated user functions.

Eliminated the old user function menu system.

The auto-generated menu system is now complete, so the old system is now of no use.

Changed the arg description of the align_tensor.copy and diffusion_tensor.copy user functions.

This improves the argument description by making it more readable.

Renamed the 'user_functions' module to 'uf_objects'.

This is due to a name clash with the 'user_functions' package.

Renamed the auto-generation user function module from 'objects' to 'user_functions'.

Edit of the module docstring.

Clean up of the prompt.interpreter module.

This includes the merging of the _auto_generate() method into _setup() and the clean up of the imports.

Updated the module docstring.
