Fix for the Uf_container.add_keyarg() method for the wiz_combo_choices argument.

The argument defaulted to [] which is the problem! Then for every single user function argument
which does not provide a value for wiz_combo_choices will all be aliased to the same object! The
GUI code was then pre-pending the empty string to this list if can_be_none is set for the Value
object, modifying the list for all other user functions.

A number of fixes for the Combo_list GUI object.

The can_be_none arg is now propagated and stored in the Sequence and Sequence_2D GUI elements.

Some debugging print outs have also been removed.

Editing of the residue user function definitions.

Converted the spectrum user functions to the auto-generation design.

Ported the HTML user manual fix of r16225 from the 1.3.16 tag.

Fix for the HTML version of the relax user manual (http://www.nmr-relax.com/manual/).

The model-free chapter subsection on the universal solution was causing Latex2html to die! This is
the same as the fixes of r15816, but the \widehat maths command was recently reintroduced into this
new section.

Bug fix for the Combo_list.GetValue() method - it can now handle no user input cleanly.

Added the spectrum.integration_points user function backend so that the auto-generated class can work.

This raises a RelaxImplementError as this is not implemented, but allows the front end to be
accessible.
