Converted the model_free user functions to the auto-generation design.

Fix for the test_name_molecule_many_fail() unit test - RelaxMultiMolIDError is now raised.

The consistency_tests.set_frq and jw_mapping.set_frq have been synchronised.

These perform exactly the same purpose, and have been made almost identical.

Improved the jw_mapping.set_frq wizard page size.

Changed the behaviour of the arg_check module so that the functions can return answers.

The raise_error flag is now accepted by all is_*() functions. If this is False, then the functions
will return either True or False, answering the question. This should allow the functions to be
used more extensively.

Refinement of the jw_mapping.set_frq user function.

The wizard page now shows a read only ComboBox of the allowed spectrometer frequencies, so that the
user does not need to input the exact value. The descriptions have also been improved.

Created the generic_fns.frq.get_values() function for returning a list of unique spectrometer frqs.

Fix for the Uf_page.on_display() method for updating ComboBox data.

The check of the data returned by the iterator can now handle all data types.
