relax SVN archive

Created the generic_fns.relax_data.get_ids() function for returning all relaxation data IDs.

This is needed for the auto-generated user functions in the GUI.

Removed all the default values of None, as that is the default of the default variable!

White space fixes.

The user function arg type of 'num' is now handled as a float in the auto-generated GUI elements.

The height_desc user function page variable is now properly handled.

It was not being passed into the Uf_page initialisation!!

The wizard height_desc variable can now be set in the auto-generated user functions.

This is via the wizard_height_desc variable.

Some more keyword arg fixes for the Bmrb.test_bmrb_rw GUI test.

Fixes for the GUI tests.

The 'name' argument was converted to 'uf_name' as 'name' already exists as an argument in many user
functions. A number of keyword args were also added, as these are required for the execute_uf GUI
test method.

The user function data object add_class() and add_uf() methods now check for uniqueness.

This is to catch coding errors whereby the user function class or name has been duplicated.

Removed the now useless 'functions' module.
