Merged the Base_value, Float, Integer, and String wizard elements together into the single Value class.

This simplifies the code, as the differences between them was very minor.

Floats and tuples of numbers are now supported by the user function GUI argument elements.

General clean up.

The align_tensor.display user function backend arg is now a keyword arg.

This is for supporting the auto-generated user functions.

Fix for the auto-generated user functions - the argument defaults are now properly set.

Created the align_tensor.get_ids() method for use in the GUI wizards.

This will be required for the auto-generated user function GUI front ends.

The pipe.copy pipe_from wizard element is now read only.

The previous commit (r16010) did not work - this fixes it.

Fix for the Base_value wizard page GUI elements.

The 'default' element_type argument value was not handled properly. Now it is converted to 'text'.
