Rearrangement of the http://www.nmr-relax.com/communication.html subsections.

Changed the side menu 'communications' entry for all http://www.nmr-relax.com pages.

Added the relax 1.3.14 version of the user manual to the repository.

Changed the version in the version file to 1.3.14.

Merged the CHANGES file for relax version 1.3.14 back into the main 1.3 line.

relax version 1.3.14.

This is mainly a bug fix version to significantly decrease memory usage during model-free analysis. The parallised model-free optimisation code (for running on clusters/grids using the multi-processor package) was causing relax to crash on 32-bit systems due to the system running out of virtual memory.

Updated the title for http://www.nmr-relax.com/index.html.

Another change for the HTML head element for all http://www.nmr-relax.com pages.
