The MS Windows text wrapping width has been changed from 80 to 79.

This now fits the cmd prompt.

The prompt UI help system is now using status.text_width to wrap text.

This is currently only for the 'help' print out.

The program intro print out is now using the status.text_width variable.

The Status singleton text_width variable has been introduced for text wrapping.

This is for better support on Windows, and possibly in the future adapting to the terminal width.
