Created the rest of the frame order system test scripts.

Converted all of the CaM system test scripts to use the common base_script module for calculations.

Spun out all of the analysis code from the rigid frame order system test script into a base script.

This base_script module can be used for all of the CaM frame order system tests, as well as the
scripts in the data directories, to simplify the code base.

This will be used to import the base frame order CaM optimisation script.

This now matches the /test_suite/shared_data/frame_order/cam/rigid/frame_order.py script.
