relax SVN archive

Import and function alias fixes for the frame order target fucntions.

Activated all of the forwards calculations in the pcs_pivot_motion_*_mcint() functions.

This is only required when a two domain system is tagged on both domains, and normally just slows
down the calculations.

Updates to all of the README files for the frame order test models.

Reworking of the torsionless pseudo-ellipse frame order test data.

Added the optimisation of the pseudo-ellipse model for the free rotor, pseudo-ellipse test data.

Fixes for the optimisation of the torsionless pseudo-ellipse frame order model.

Updates for the full pseudo-ellipse test model data.

Updates to the free rotor pseudo-ellipse test model data.

Reverted r11468 as this is clearly incorrect from the new test models.

The command used was:
svn merge -r11468:r11467 .

Big bug fix for the reduce_alignment_tensor() function - the frame order matrix was transposed!!!

The indices were back to front, so the non-symmetric frame order models were failing.
