Updated the 2nd rotor test model optimisation script to use both RDCs and PCSs.

The frame order analysis rotor model works again for solely RDC data.

The frame order analysis grid search points are now diagonally scaled.

This makes the grid search usable when the pivot point is also part of the parameter set.

Removal of the frame_order_pcs_only.py script which is now in the pcs_only directory.

A few fixes for the subdirectory.

Added the back-calculated data.

Fixes for the back-calculation of RDC and PCS data - the alignment tensor is now correctly returned.

Fix for the back-calculation script.

Modifications to the back-calculation script for the average position.

Added the optimisation results to the repository.
