The frame order rotor model should now be functional with RDC and PCS data together.

Massive speed ups of the frame order PCS integration by shifting repetitive calcs higher up the chain.

The repetitive calcs for the frame order and rotation matrices are now happening in the scope of the
target function rather than in the frame_order_matrix_ops module functions.

Renamed the rotation matrices in the frame order target functions to be more logical.

Started to implement the numerical integration of the PCS for the rotor frame order model.

This includes the renaming of a number of storage variables for clarity and the creation of the
pcs_numeric_int_rotor() and pcs_pivot_motion_rotor() functions to the frame_order_matrix_ops module.

Some initial fixes for the back calculation code for the Monte Carlo simulations.

This still requires a complete rewriting to handle RDCs and PCSs as the base data types rather than
tensors.

Fixes for the frame order target function for RDC data.

This code which uses the original RDC values now functions as before with the full and reduced
tensor input!

The RDC and PCS data is now only taken for the moving domain in the frame order analysis.

Fix for the frame_order.ref_domain user function for a bug introduced in the last revision.

The frame_order.ref_domain user function now also checks that the domain is defined.
