Updated the release checklist to include the bundling of bmrblib (http://gna.org/projects/bmrblib).

Implemented all the PyMOL user function GUI pages and menu entries.

A number of these do not exist in the front or backend yet - this is simply a direct copy of all the
molmol user functions.

Added the PyMOL 16x16 icon to the paths module.

Created some more PyMOL graphics.

Added some graphics and a script to create a picture for PyMOL.

All calls to user functions in self.gui.interpreter now pass through the queue() method.

Updated the API manual to relax 1.3.11 (http://www.nmr-relax.com/api/).

Updated the relax HTML user manual (http://www.nmr-relax.com/manual/1.3/relax.html) to relax 1.3.11.

Updated the website download page for relax version 1.3.11.

This will be visible at http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html.
