Redesigned how the results viewer window is updated and pipes are selected.

The window now plays nicely with the rest of the GUI.

Removed some unused code.

The results viewer window is now deactivated with the execution lock.

The results viewer now give a warning with the exec lock and is only shown once.

Modified the results viewer to operate like the spin viewer with respect to pipe changing.

The results viewer window has now been separated from the analysis GUI code.

This viewer will soon operation on a per-pipe basis as the spin viewer window does.

A diffusion tensor representation of the final results is created for dauvergne_protocol.

Grace plots of the final model-free results are no produced by the dauvergne_protocol auto-analysis.

Deleted the status_reset() method from the dauvergne_protocol auto-analysis as it served no purpose.
